This will be the reward for the young lads we have on board, by looking and monitoring their behaviour we will rewrd then with shows on a Podcast to interview other gang members but to also take on advice from experienced gang members. This will be a perfect platform for them to gain knowledge, advise and guidance, If kids look upto ganagster role models in rap videos, movies and the streets then i think this would be perfect.
A bit about us and what we want to achieve through 'pindcast'.
Creating a Podcast with young people to raise empowerment and knowledge of how young people are groomed and mesmerised by gang culture.
Young people with ex-gang members to discuss the impact of being in gang culture, talking about the impact on their lives and their families, how it affected their health specifically mental health and trauma. Young kids will interview ex gang members ndf other guests. hey will only be allowed to host the podcast on review of thier behaviour
Liaising with local school, youth clubs, and Mosques to prevent going into gangs.
Support groups for fathers using positive parenting programs 20 year evidence based program to eliminate toxic masculinity exposure leading to career in criminality.
Bringing awareness to parents who have children using burner phones.
Building safe relationships with a positive approach towards police by.
Have local community groups to address their concerns with the local gangs in their communities and therefore feel supported when they raise concerns
Using local intelligence to share with the police regarding the gangs hanging around in certain hotspots, use local intelligence with the police to eradicate the problems with gang grooming cultures.
